The Dreamer's Fright is a Reborn-tier furnace that was released in July 2015, one month after the game's initial release.
The Dreamer's Fright has erratic stats as it can add or subtract value while also having the ability to multiply your ores value by a negative value. It first adds or subtracts up to 
$10k, then multiplies the ore value by a number between -5 and 45. To prevent players from acquiring negative money, their cash is set to $0.1. Additionally, ores must be worth at least $10k in order to process, due to the furnace subtracting $10k from the ore value.
The Dreamer's Fright's leaves fall and act as ores. The initial value of the leaves is anywhere from a single dollar to $50k. These leaves tend to act more of an annoyance than actual ore as they can cause lag due to physics, as well as spill ore around the base that stays until you pulse or rebirth.
